Ein wichtiges Supplement

Ich nehme jeden Tag 5g Creatin direkt nach dem Aufstehen zu mir. Wichtig dabei ist, dass man pro 1g Creatin zwischen 100-120ml Wasser zu sich nehmen sollte. Ich habe durch die regelmäßige Einnahme von Creatin eine deutlichere Leistungssteigerung erfahren, auch meine Muskeln wirken praller und voluminöser. Für mich ein nicht mehr wegzudenkendes Supplement.
