Super zum Mitnehmen

Nutze sowohl das Pulver als auch die Kapseln. Die Kapseln sind einfach praktisch, wenn man unterwegs ist. Kann beides nur empfehlen

Wirkt wie Kreatin wirken soll, andere habdn teilweise höhere dosierungen pro kapsel, man muss hier also mehr kapseln nehmen kann aber auch feiner dosieren, lieferung top

Genial zum Training

Das Pulver löst sich schnell auf und geschmacklich sehr intensiv (was ich gut finde). Leider muss ich einen Stern abziehen, da die Lieferung nicht gut funktioniert hat. Es lag aber nicht an nutri+, sondern am Lieferanten.

What is Beta-Alanine? Beta-alanine (also spelt β-alanine) is a non-essential amino acid that is produced in the liver in humans and is also found in animal products such as meat and fish. β-alanine plays a crucial role in the synthesis of the dipeptide carnosine, which consists of β-alanine and histidine. Here, β-alanine is the limiting component of the process. Carnosine is present in high concentrations in muscle tissue, particularly in the fast-twitch type II muscle fibres, which are responsible for maximum loads. It is mainly used as a pH buffer to prevent acidosis. Various studies show that supplementation with β-alanine can increase the carnosine content of the muscles. The higher the carnosine content, the higher the buffering capacity of the muscles. As a result, the muscle does not acidify as quickly. You should bear this in mind when taking beta-alanine You should take 2.5 g of beta-alanine powder before training. Ideally, you should take the product daily over a longer period of time (several weeks).
