Shipping Conditions

Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

Shipping costs are calculated according to the order value (gross value of goods):

Germany & Austria:

• Order value up to €60 = €4.99

Orders with a value of €60.00 or more are delivered free of shipping charges.

Deliveries abroad:

Shipping costs for deliveries abroad are calculated according to the order value (gross value of goods):

Switzerland:

• Order value up to €99 = €14.95

EU countries:

• Order value up to €99 = €9.95

Orders delivered abroad with a value of €99.00 or more are delivered free of shipping charges.

Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, goods are delivered within Germany within 1–3 days and to other countries within 5–7 days after conclusion of the contract. Where advance payment has been agreed, the delivery period begins after your payment instruction.

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be dispatched together in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
