Dispatch and payment

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made within Germany  and to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Switzerland, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic and Hungary.

Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)

Deliveries Germany & Austria

We calculate the shipping costs in Germany and Austria according to the order value (gross value of goods).

Germany and Austria:
Goods value up to 49 € = 4,99 €

From an order value of 49 € we deliver free of charge within Germany and Austria.

Deliveries abroad

We calculate the shipping costs abroad according to the order value (gross goods value).

Switzerland and Liechtenstein:
Goods value up to €49 = €14.99
Goods value from €49 = €9.99

From an order value of 99 € we deliver free of shipping costs.

Cyprus, Iceland and Norway: 
Goods value up to €49 = €29.99
Goods value from €49 = €24.99

No free shipping 

Remaining EU countries:
Goods value up to €49 = €9.99
Goods value from €49 = €4.99

From an order value of €99 we deliver free of shipping costs.

Delivery periods

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 1-3 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5-7 working days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).

Note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Further details on payment

The invoice amount is to be settled within 30 days when paying by invoice (via PayPal).

When paying by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when the goods are dispatched.
