Right of withdrawal for consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or self-employed professional activity.)

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within one month without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is one month from the day

• on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered together;
• on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item, provided that you ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;
• on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, provided that you ordered goods which are delivered in several partial shipments or items;

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Nutrition-Plus GmbH, Herrenwiesenring 19, 53501 Grafschaft, Germany, telephone: 02641/8902222, email address: info@nutri-plus.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online using an appropriately labelled button (“Withdraw from contract” or a similar description) on our website (www.nutri-plus.de). If you use this online function, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt on a durable medium, for example by email, containing information about the content of the withdrawal declaration and the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. This does not include any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

• for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is governed by an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs;
• for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed when the contract was concluded, which can only be delivered at least 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on market fluctuations beyond the trader's control;
• for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts

• for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
• for the supply of goods which, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
• for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software if the seal has been removed after delivery.
