Description

Ecdysterone is a steroid hormone that occurs naturally in animals and plants - such as spinach. While the substance controls moulting in molluscs (e.g. crustaceans), there are some studies that have shown an anabolic effect in humans. However, in order to achieve positive effects in the field of sports, you would have to consume very large amounts of spinach every day. That's why we use cyanotis arachnoidea extract in our capsules, as it consists of almost 95% pure beta-ecdysterone. Just one capsule provides you with 245 mg of beta-ecdysterone and therefore brings the necessary power into your workout! A german study by Isenmann et al. (2019) with 46 young men showed how strength athletes can benefit from taking ecdysterone: Supplementation led to more power on the bench press as well as an increase in muscle mass. Our Ecdysterone Ultrapure Caps are made without artificial colours, flavours, preservatives and sweeteners. They are free from gluten and soy and purely plant-based (without lactose, milk protein or other animal ingredients). The ecdysterone capsules are developed in Germany by our nutritionists according to the strictest quality standards (IFS and GMP).

Gutes Produkt

Gute Inhaltsstoffe und v.a. -dichte, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ich nehme es seit einiger Zeit, allerdings mehr als die empfohlene Dosis und meine, dass es unterstützend wirkt. Man kann ja keinen AB-Test an sich selbst machen aber ich verlasse mich da mal auf einschlägige Studien.
