Application

After exercise, first add 400 ml of non-carbonated water and then 50 g (2 heaped scoops) of the V-Loader to a shaker. Shake until the powder has completely dissolved.

Ecdysterone is a steroid hormone that occurs naturally in animals and plants - such as spinach.
