Description

L-glutamine is a conditionally essential amino acid that can help you recover faster and grow muscle more effectively.

The combination with BCAA (L-leucine, L-valine, L-isoleucine) can lead to an increase in glutamine levels within the muscle cell, which is an important signal for muscle protein synthesis. Glutamic acid is the main component of free amino acids in the blood plasma (approx. 20 %).

Hard-training athletes have an increased demand for glutamic acid, which also increases during stress and especially during training. However, this cannot always be covered by the body's own glutamic acid production, which is why additional glutamic acid must be added.

In addition, L-glutamine can improve your immune system and your intestinal health (leaky-gut). L-glutamic acid can reduce the permeability of the intestinal mucosa, maintain the intestinal barrier and alleviate chronic inflammatory processes, as it is the main energy source of the intestine.

Die Kapseln sind recht groß, lassen sich aber trotzdem gut schlucken. Praktisch, wenn man keine Lust hat sich jeden Tag einen Shake zu machen.

Super Produkt. Lediglich die Kapseln sind zum Schlucken schon etwas gross. Aber nach Rückfrage kann man die Kapseln auch öffnen und den Inhalt so in Wasser auflösen. Das nächste mal bestelle ich aus diesem Grund aber gleich das Pulver.
