The nutri+ Crea Express powder is the ideal support for your training. Creatine plays an important role in the restoration of ATP. This energy supplier is particularly needed during short-term exercise. A daily intake of 3 g or more of creatine increases physical performance during high-speed strength training as part of short-term intensive physical activity. This is why the supplement is so popular in strength sports. To optimise the product, we combine creatine monohydrate with maltodextrin in our Crea Express powder.

Perfect combo - creatine and maltodextrin

Maltodextrin is a carbohydrate obtained from starch. It provides quickly available carbohydrates. However, maltodextrin is not just a source of energy. Another advantage is that the intake of maltodextrin causes insulin to be released. Insulin lowers the blood sugar level by acting as a ‘key’ and transporting the glucose from the blood into the cells. Liver and muscle cells in particular can quickly absorb large amounts of glucose and either store it in the form of glycogen or break it down to produce energy. Insulin also has an influence on amino acid metabolism.

The nutri+ Crea Express powder consists of pure creatine monohydrate. We use the branded raw material Creapure®, which stands for the highest purity and quality.
