The nutri+ Crea Express powder is the optimal support for your training. Creatine plays an important role in restoring ATP. This energy supplier is needed above all for short-term loads. Therefore, the supplement enjoys great popularity in weight training. In order to optimize the effect of creatine, we combine creatine monohydrate with maltodextrin in our Crea Express powder.

Perfect combo - creatine and maltodextrin

Maltodextrin is a carbohydrate derived from starch. It provides quick energy and is therefore particularly popular in supplements for athletes. However, maltodextrin is not only used as an energy supplier. Another advantage: the absorption of maltodextrin causes a release of insulin. Insulin is an important anabolic (building) signal for muscle cells and promotes the transport of amino acids and creatine into the cell.
