Omega-3 fatty acids are essential fatty acids that our body cannot produce itself in sufficient quantities and which are therefore essential for life.
They have many functions. Omega-3 fatty acids play an important role in the production of hormones, the prevention of inflammation and the formation of the body's own defence cells. They also contribute to a normal heart function and the maintenance of a normal brain function and vision.
Inadequate intake of these fatty acids can therefore lead to physical and mental impairments. Symptoms of a deficiency can include fatigue, visual impairment and an increased susceptibility to inflammation.
There are countless omega-3 products on the market. Our high-dose capsules are 100 % vegan and are thus obtained from algae. Algae are important food sources for sea fish and therefore the original source of omega-3 fatty acids.
A daily portion (2 capsules) contains 1100 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, of which 600 mg of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and 300 mg eof icosapentaenoic acid (EPA) as well as 126 % of the NRV of natural vitamin E.

Die Omega 3 Kapseln haben ein super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und sind so auch für uns als Familie sehr interessant. Die Kapseln haben eine gute Größe und auch geschmacklich sind sie sehr neutral. Die kleinen Kinder lieben die Kapseln und zerkauen sie immer, aber auch die größeren haben keine Probleme die Kapseln zu schlucken. Auch der Kundenservice von Nutri+ ist super und hilft bei Fragen und Problemen immer schnell weiter. Sehr empfehlenswert

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Bisher habe ich noch keine veganen Omega-3-Kapseln gefunden, die ein so gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aufweisen wie die von Nutri-Plus. Was ich mir allerdings wünsche, ist eine durchsichtigere Angabe der Analysenergebnisse aus dem Labor, wie zum Beispiel den Totox-Wert. Man muss sich leider darauf verlassen, dass eine Laborprüfung vorliegt, ohne die Ergebnisse zu kennen.

Gute Kapseln, leicht zu schlucken und sehr bekömmlich. Algengeruch ist enthalten, aber das haben wohl alle Omega 3 Kapseln.
