Description

Omega 3 fatty acids, vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 are essential substances for the human body. Vitamins D3 and K2 have synergistic effects, so it makes sense to combine them. Omega 3 fatty acids play an important role in the production of hormones, the prevention of inflammation and the formation of the body's own defence cells. They also contribute to a normal heart function and the maintenance of a normal brain function and vision. An insufficient intake of these fatty acids can therefore lead to physical and mental impairments. Vitamin D3 can be formed in the skin when exposed to sunlight. However, since the sun does not provide us with enough vitamin D all year round and it is difficult to cover our vitamin D needs through food, it is often a problem to get a sufficient supply of vitamin D. According to data from the Robert Koch Institute, almost 60 % of adults in Germany do not have an optimal vitamin D supply. Among other things, vitamin D contributes to maintaining normal muscle function, normal bones and normal teeth, normal immune system function and normal blood calcium levels. Vitamin K2 can only be produced by our body to a small extent by intestinal bacteria. Vitamin K2 plays an important role in blood clotting, bone metabolism and cell growth. Ein tolles Kombi-Produkt! Lassen sich super leicht schlucken und kann ich nur weiter empfehlen

Kapseln sind einfach zu schlucken - für mich viel einfacher als die D3 / K2 Tabletten. Der Fischgeruch ist gewöhnungsbedrüftig, aber kein grosses Problem.

Die Kapseln kommen in einer handlichen Dose daher. Durch die Algen riecht es beim Öffnen vergleichsweise stark nach dem "klassischen Fischgeruch", was mich allerdings nicht stört. Die Kapseln selbst haben eine angenehme Größe und lassen sich leicht schlucken. Ich kann die Kapseln durchweg zur täglichen Einnahme empfehlen.
