Sehr gutes Produkt zu einem echt günstigen Preis! Ich nehme die Mariendistel Kapseln immer nach fettigen Mahlzeiten oder wenn ich Sodbrennen habe. Hält bei mir sogar länger als der 90-Tage Vorrat. Werde die Kapseln wieder bestellen. 😊

Die Mariendistel Kapseln gehören mittlerweile zu meiner täglichen Routine. Sie sind gut verträglich und leicht einzunehmen. Silymarin and cynarin are secondary plant compounds and part of the plants’ natural defense system. They help plants protect themselves against external influences such as UV radiation, oxidative stress, and pests. Silymarin is found mainly in the seeds of milk thistle, while cynarin is primarily found in artichoke leaves.
For our 3-in-1 complex, we combine selected extracts from milk thistle seeds, artichoke leaves, and dandelion roots. Since the milk thistle extract is obtained from the particularly silymarin-rich seeds, our product provides a high silymarin content of 80%.
The type of extract and the silymarin content are key factors. In clinical studies, daily amounts of around 200 to 400 mg of silymarin have often been used, depending on the research objective.
