Arginine-Citrulline Mix Capsules

The vasodilatory effect of the two supplements ensures better blood circulation. This means that more nutrients and oxygen are transported to the muscle and waste products such as ammonia and lactate are removed better.

Nitric oxide (NO), the precursor of which is arginine, is responsible for the vasodilatory properties. L-citrulline is first converted to L-arginine, which then also produces nitric oxide. The effect of the two supplements is therefore based on the same effect. While nitric oxide can be formed directly from L-arginine, L-citrulline is converted first. Taking L-arginine therefore leads to a faster increase in plasma levels, while the effect of L-citrulline is delayed. A combined intake of the two amino acids prolongs the effect of arginine.

Super Qualität

Ich nehme die Arginin & Citrullin Kapseln immer vor dem Sport und ansonsten direkt nach dem Aufstehen und ich finde es super! Ich fühle mich einfach fitter und bin auch der Meinung, dass die mir geholfen haben meine Muskeln aufzubauen. Qualität sowie Preis-Leistung stimmt auch. Ich kann die nur weiterempfehlen.

Each capsule contains 375 mg L-citrulline DL-malate and 344 mg L-arginine base.

Why should you combine arginine and citrulline?

Arginine is a precursor of the messenger substance nitric oxide (NO), which has an influence on vasodilation and blood flow in the body, among other things. Citrulline is converted to arginine and can therefore also be used to produce NO. The effect of the two amino acids is therefore based on the same principle (= precursor of NO). The fact that citrulline is first converted to arginine means that the effect is the same, but is delayed. This is why the two amino acids are often taken together.
