Description
Vegan Collagen Formation Support Powder – because true beauty doesn't need animal suffering
Collagen products are currently very trendy. According to the motto true beauty comes from within they promise radiant skin, full hair and strong nails. However, collagen is of animal origin and accordingly products containing collagen are based on animal raw materials.
With our nutri+ Vegan Collagen Formation Support Powder vegetarians and vegans can now also benefit from the trend! Unfortunately, we can't do magic and provide you with vegan collagen, but the Vegan Collagen Formation Support powder contains all the important building blocks and cofactors you need for the body's own collagen formation need. The unique nutrient composition helps you make your insides and outsides shine - completely without animal suffering.
Unique nutrient complex made from collagen-forming amino acids, hyaluronic acid, coenzyme Q10 and micronutrients
The Vegan Collagen powder offers you a vegan alternative to conventional collagen powder. The nutritional supplement to support collagen formation contains an innovative formula made up of amino acids, hyaluronic acid, coenzyme Q10, ginseng root extract, vitamin C and other essential micronutrients.
The amino acids glycine, proline and hydroxyproline are the most common building blocks of collagen. Hydroxyproline is - with the help of Vitamin C – formed from proline. Another indispensable collagen component is Lysine. The essential amino acid plays an important role, especially in the cross-linking of collagen fibers. Glutamine and arginine are also required for collagen synthesis. The two amino acids are considered to be conditionally essential and taking them through food supplements can be useful in certain situations (e.g. in the case of injuries or heavy physical strain).
The Vegan Collagen Formation Support powder provides you with amino acids and micronutrients that your body needs to produce collagen. In highest quality and bioavailability - without unnecessary additives.
• Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for normal function of the skin, blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums and teeth .
• Vitamin C, vitamin E, zinc and copper help protect cells from oxidative stress.
• Biotin and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal skin and hair.
• Copper contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissue.
What is collagen good for and how does a deficiency show up?
Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body. As a structural protein, it is an important component of our connective tissue and not only ensures the elasticity of the skin, but also supports bones, tendons and muscles. Collagen production in the body decreases with age. The consequences are wrinkles and sagging skin, but the health of our joints, muscles, tendons and bones are also affected. A collagen deficiency can occur, for example: B. in weak connective tissue (cellulite), joint pain, muscle weakness or an increased risk of injury.
Vegan Collagen Formation Support with hyaluronic acid, ginseng extract and coenzyme Q10
The formula developed by nutritionists supports natural collagen production. In addition to important building blocks and cofactors for collagen synthesis, the nutri+ Vegan Collagen powder contains hyaluronic acid, coenzyme Q10 and ginseng root extract.
Hyaluronic acid
Hyaluronic acid is a natural component of the skin and connective tissue as well as synovial fluid and articular cartilage. Thanks to its ability to bind moisture, it increases e.g. B. the elasticity of the skin.
Coenzyme Q10
Coenzyme Q10 (also known as ubiquinone) plays an important role in the energy metabolism of cells and also has an antioxidative effect. Together with hyaluronic acid, coenzyme Q10 forms a popular component of nutritional supplements or anti-aging cosmetics. Here, too, the body's own production decreases with increasing age.
Ginseng
In Asia, ginseng has been used as a medicinal plant for over 5,000 years. The ginsenosides contained are responsible for the bioactive effect. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) uses ginseng to strengthen the immune system and the ability to regenerate as well as for inflammatory diseases. Studies also suggest that ginseng also plays a role in wound healing and influences collagen and hyaluronic acid production. For our Vegan Collagen powder we use Panax Ginseng, which is considered one of the most researched types of ginseng.

Application
Collagen is a structural protein that only occurs in animals and humans. Therefore, conventional collagen products are always of animal origin and not vegan. They are usually produced from slaughterhouse offal (e.g. from the skin or bones of pigs or cattle). Collagen fragments (so-called collagen peptides), which contain 3-20 amino acids, are obtained by hydrolysis. Vegan collagen alternatives (such as nutri+ Vegan Collagen Formation Support) contain the building blocks for the body's own collagen production, the amino acids that also make up collagen peptides.
The hydroxyproline that we take in with our food is very easily broken down. However, hydroxyproline is mainly produced in the body when the amino acid L-proline, which has already been incorporated into collagen, is converted into hydroxyproline. An enzyme called prolyl hydroxylase carries out this conversion and requires vitamin C (which is also contained in our Vegan Collagen). This modified form of proline, hydroxyproline, helps to hold the pieces of a collagen molecule tightly together, much like a jigsaw puzzle piece that fits neatly into place.
That's why we decided to use L-proline in our Vegan Collagen. This provides your body with sufficient L-proline to build collagen and then also form hydroxyproline.
The Vegan Collagen powder is gluten- and lactose-free and therefore ideally tolerated. As a general rule, you should always consult a doctor if you are taking supplements and medication at the same time. Due to the ginseng extract it contains, you should not use the powder if you are taking anticoagulants (coumarin-type drugs).
Glycine is produced synthetically. The remaining amino acids are obtained from maize using a natural fermentation process – completely without genetic engineering.
