PMS: What is it?

PMS, pronounced premenstrual syndrome, refers to various physical and psychological complaints depending on the menstrual cycle. The symptoms of PMS occur about four to fourteen days before the onset of menstruation and improve abruptly with the onset of menstruation. Die Rettung für mich!

Da muss ich ja schon wirklich DANKE sagen (auch von meinem Partner :D)! Endlich habe ich die Stimmungsschwankungen im Griff und fühle mich deutlich ruhiger und ausgeglichener während der schwierigen Tage vor der Periode! Hierauf habe ich gewartet!!! Endlich ein Produkt gegen Regelschmerzen. Ewig lang war ich geplagt von Unterleibschmerzen während meiner Periode.
