Application
Recommendation
30 g powder in 400 ml water or plant-based drink (note additional nutritional values).Ideally consume after Training.
Preparation
Pour the liquid into a shaker and add 30 g of powder (about 3 heaped tablespoons). Shake well until the powder is completely dissolved. For the preparation we recommend our protein shaker.

Perfekter Presi und Perfekte Wirkung
Whey ist so teuer geworden. Früher noch für 2,5 kg unter Zwanzig Euro bezahlt. Jetzt für 1 kg Fünfundzwanzig Euro bezahlt. Aber was soll man machen? Dieses Whey ist genau richtig für mich. Ich finde es schmeckt gut und löst sich gut auf. Ich nutze es für alle Shake-Varianten. Da es relativ süß ist, kann ich es mit gefrorenen Beeren kombinieren und der Shake schmeckt trotzdem lecker. Backen sollte man mit dem Whey aber nicht. Das BfR empfiehlt Sucralose (der Süßstoff in diesem Whey) niemals zu Erhitzen, da teilweise elementares Chlor freigesetzt werden kann. Beim kalten Verzehr wird Sucralose 1:1 wieder ausgeschieden.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis
Von den Nährwerten und vom Preis her wirklich sehr gut.
Ich habe nur Vanille probiert, das riecht nicht gerade appetitlich wenn man die Dose öffnet, aber es schmeckt zum Glück besser als es riecht. Ich mache immer noch eine Banane und ein bisschen Zimt rein, dann schmeckt es richtig gut.
Ich hoffe dass es mal Nachfüllpackungen gibt, weil man den Behälter eigentlich gut weiter benutzen kann und so Müll spart.

ausgezeichnetes Protein!
Ich finde, dass das Alphatier Protein mit eines der besten Proteinpulver auf dem Markt ist. Sojaprotein ist und bleibt eine hervorragende Proteinquelle mit allen essenziellen Aminosäuren (die im Alphatier Protein übrigens noch hinzugesetzt worden sind!) und steht somit jeglichen anderen Proteinpulvern nichts nach. Auch finde ich, dass die Konsistenz sehr angenehm ist und auch das Backen und vor allem das Porridge gut damit gelingt. Wünschen tu ich eigentlichen nur einen zukünftigen Wechsel auf den nachhaltigeren Beutel! Aber das einzige, dass ich wirklich zu bemängeln habe, ist die Verfügbarkeit der Geschmäcker!

Top Preis-Leistung
Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Pulver löst sich gut in Wasser und Hafermilch und hat eine cremige Konsistenz. Ich habe bisher nur die Sorte Erbeere probiert und mir persönlich könnte diese etwas intensiver schmecken. Aber für jemandem, dem das 6K zu süß ist, ist das vielleicht eine gute Alternative.

Gut löslich und schmeckt
Nutzung hauptsächlich als Shake in Wasser oder Mandelmilch. Löslichkeit ist bei baldigem Verzehr kein Problem. Wenn das Gemisch länger steht, muss man es nochmals durchrühren.
Geschmackliche Empfehlung ins folgender Reihenfolge: Vanille, Erdbeere, Natur/pur
