Description

The trace element iron is needed for many functions in the body, especially for the vital oxygen transport in the blood. With the help of iron, oxygen is bound to haemoglobin, the blood pigment of the red blood cells (erythrocytes), and distributed throughout the body. The same applies to the muscles: Myoglobin (the so-called muscle haemoglobin) binds iron and thus supplies our muscles with sufficient oxygen. Since the organism cannot produce iron itself, a sufficient iron supply via food or food supplements is essential. Especially women of childbearing age (due to menstrual bleeding), during pregnancy or breastfeeding have an increased iron requirement. Sehr intensiv im Geschmack

Alles was der Gesundheit helfen soll schmeckt nicht. Tatsächlich trifft das auf diese Tabletten zu 100% zu. Der Eisengeschmack ist brutal. Schmeckt wie Blut. Echt unangenehm. Aber einfach schnell mit viel Orangensaft runter spülen, dann geht's
