Essential amino acids (abbreviated to EAA) are vital components. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ?
Man muss sich mit der Thematik beschäftigen und für sich selbst entscheiden, ob man die EAAs benötigt. In meinem Falle habe ich das getan: Sie bilden eine gute Ergänzung zu meiner Ernährung und sportlichen Aktivität; das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich sehr gut. ?

Ich nehme sie meistens vor dem Training, 15 - 25 min vorher und ich habe immer das Gefühl, das ich einen gewissen Boost dadurch bekomme. Klar beim Training, wenn ich aufstoßen musste, hatte ich Pfeffergeschmack, aber das liegt daran das ein gewisser Anteil an Pfeffer mit verarbeitet ist, diesen schmeckt man aber nicht wenn man die Kapseln im Mund hat. Ich finde, die Kapseln geben das gewisse extra fürs Training. Aber bitte selbst intensiv vor/während/nach dem Training in sich hinein hören, vielleicht Buch führen, wie das Training sich an einem selbst anfühlt und dann einmal mit Kapseln probieren. Denn ich verspreche NIEMANDEN, das jeder den gewissen Kick/Boost bekommt.
