Warm polenta porridge with fresh fruit

Preparation


Preparation time: 15 minutes

  1. Heat 150 ml of the soya milk in a small pan and stir in the other 100 ml together with the protein powder.
  2. As soon as the soya milk boils, add the polenta and protein mix and stir well.
  3. Leave everything to soak for about 10 minutes and then you can have breakfast.
  4. Chop the fruit and nuts of your choice and serve with the polenta porridge.
