Warm polenta porridge with fresh fruit

Preparation
Preparation time: 15 minutes
- Heat 150 ml of the soya milk in a small pan and stir in the other 100 ml together with the protein powder.
- As soon as the soya milk boils, add the polenta and protein mix and stir well.
- Leave everything to soak for about 10 minutes and then you can have breakfast.
- Chop the fruit and nuts of your choice and serve with the polenta porridge.
