Vegan chickpea omelette


  1. Mix all the ingredients and puree 
  2. Fry in a well-coated pan over a medium heat until the mixture is firm (approx. 5-7 minutes). Then turn carefully. 
  3. Sauté the vegetables in a separate pan and add to the omelette with the vegan sauce.
