Vegan chickpea omelette

Preparation 

  1. Mix all the ingredients and puree 
  2. Fry in a well-coated pan over a medium heat until the mixture is firm (approx. 5-7 minutes). Then turn carefully. 
  3. Sauté the vegetables in a separate pan and add to the omelette with the vegan sauce.

3-4 tbsp chickpea flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp yeast flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
Sweet tomato vegan sauce ketchup
optional: kala namak salt, turmeric (for the color)
Vegetables as desired (e.g. spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, spring onions)
