Vanilla toffee cookie dough
Preparation time: 10 minutes
- Finely puree the chickpeas with the soya yoghurt in a blender
- . Then add the peanut flour and protein powder and blend again. Add enough water to achieve a creamy consistency.
- Serve the cookie dough with chocolate drops and fruit.
