Tomato Basil / Caesar Hummus

Preparation:

  1. Puree the lemon, salt and garlic clove with a hand blender.
  2. Add the tahini and continue to blend. Gradually add the ice-cold water until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Now add the drained and rinsed chickpeas, cumin and olive oil and blend for at least 3 minutes until the hummus is nice and creamy.
  4. Depending on the variety, stir in the Tomato Basil or Caesar vegan sauce. Season to taste and enjoy.
