Makes about 600 g

Wash the tinned chickpeas very thoroughly under running water
Remove the seeds from the vanilla pod and then place all the ingredients in a powerful blender
Blend the mixture until a homogeneous cream is formed.
Pour the sweet hummus into a bowl and you're ready to enjoy.
TIP: Whether sweet or savoury, you can dip pretty much anything you fancy. Our hummus dip is also suitable as a sweet spread or to spice up porridge.
