Summer bowl with fresh vegetables and protein quark

Preparation

Preparation time: 10 minutes

  1. Wash the lettuce and vegetables and peel the kohlrabi
  2. . Simmer the red lentils for about 7 minutes
  3. . During this time, chop/grate the vegetables.
  4. Mix the soya yoghurt with the lemon juice, protein powder, a little salt/pepper and the herbs.
  5. Arrange all the ingredients together in a deep plate or bowl and top with the spring onions and nuts/seeds.
