Protein porridge

Preparation 

For 2 people 
Preparation time: 10 minutes (swelling time 10 minutes) 
  1. &nbspMix the protein powder together with the oat drink and water in a shaker until there are no more chunks.  
  2. Cut the dates into small pieces and place in a pan with the shake, oats and salt and bring to the boil. Stir constantly so that nothing burns 
  3. Then remove the pan from the heat and leave to soak for approx. 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. 
  4. Serve and top as desired.

60 g Nature's Protein, Walnut 
200 ml oat drink 
300 ml water 
4 dates 
100 g rolled oats 
2 pinches of salt 

 For the topping:  
 2 tbsp cacao nibs 
1 apple 
1 orange
