Protein oat biscuits

Preparation

1. Mix the oil, erythritol and protein powder well in a bowl.

2. add the apple puree and mix everything into a mass.

3. then add the cinnamon, salt and baking powder to the ingredients in the bowl and mix everything well again.

4 Finally, fold in the rolled oats.

5. line the baking tray with baking paper and spread small blobs of batter on the tray.

6. Bake at 180 degrees in a fan oven for approx. 15 minutes until they are nice and crispy.

200 g soft or grainy rolled oats
