Protein meringue pancakes with salted caramel frosting


  1. Mix the chia seeds and 3 tablespoons of water and leave to stand for 10 minutes
  2. . Puree all the ingredients until you have a creamy mixture
  3. Heat the pan and fry the Kaiserschmarren in a little oil over a medium heat.
  4. As soon as the underside is crispy, turn over and cut into small pieces.
  5. Fry until it is nice and crispy.
  6. Mix all the ingredients for the frosting, spread over the Kaiserschmarren and serve with fresh berries.
