
Protein meringue pancakes with salted caramel frosting
Preparation
- Mix the chia seeds and 3 tablespoons of water and leave to stand for 10 minutes
- . Puree all the ingredients until you have a creamy mixture
- Heat the pan and fry the Kaiserschmarren in a little oil over a medium heat.
- As soon as the underside is crispy, turn over and cut into small pieces.
- Fry until it is nice and crispy.
- Mix all the ingredients for the frosting, spread over the Kaiserschmarren and serve with fresh berries.

70 ml water
70 ml plant-based drink
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp ground hazelnuts
1 very ripe banana
A little cinnamon
A little maple syrup
1 TBSP chia seeds
3 TBSP. water
