Protein Kaiserschmarrn

Preparation

  1. Mix the spelt flour, protein powder and baking powder
  2. . Mix the egg substitute powder with the water and add to the remaining dry ingredients together with the oat milk. Stir everything well until a smooth batter forms.
  3. Pour the batter into a non-stick preheated pan and fry for approx. 2-3 minutes on each side to form a large, thick pancake.
  4. Then tear the pancake into pieces and serve with red fruit jelly or apple puree.

30 g spelt flour (important: type 630)
35 g 6K Protein Vanilla Ice Cream
1 tsp vegan egg substitute
50 ml water
1/2 tsp baking powder
150 ml oat milk
