- Mix the spelt flour, protein powder and baking powder
- . Mix the egg substitute powder with the water and add to the remaining dry ingredients together with the oat milk. Stir everything well until a smooth batter forms.
- Pour the batter into a non-stick preheated pan and fry for approx. 2-3 minutes on each side to form a large, thick pancake.
- Then tear the pancake into pieces and serve with red fruit jelly or apple puree.
