Protein Chocolate Fudge

Preparation

Quantity: approx. 12 balls

  1. First add the cashews, dates (pitted), prunes (pitted), coconut blossom syrup, Nutri-Plus protein powder and a pinch of salt to a powerful blender.
  2. Mix all the ingredients until you have a homogeneous mixture. If your blender gets too hot
  3. , do
  4. Take 1 tbsp of dough and roll into small balls. Moisten your hands a little to make the balls easier to shape
  5. .
  6. Roast the balls in the almonds (or cocoa, grated coconut, hazelnuts...)
  7. Place the balls in the fridge for at least 30 minutes so that they can still firm up.
