Protein breakfast with peanut butter and banana
This breakfast consists of two different layers. Start with the solid, first layer.
Add the rolled oats, peanut butter, Nutri Plus vanilla protein powder, cocoa powder and 100 g soya yoghurt and mix everything together until you have a creamy mixture.
For the second layer, place 150 g of soya yoghurt, the Nutri Plus Banana Protein Powder and the chia seeds in a container and mix everything together until there are no more lumps.
Now place both layers together in a glass or bowl and top with a finely chopped banana.
