Protein banana bread
Preparation
Preparation time: 60 minutes
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C
- Moisten baking paper and place in a loaf tin.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl and mix with oat drink and coconut oil.
- Chop the walnuts into small pieces and stir into the batter with the other ingredients.
- Finally, add the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the loaf tin and smooth it out.
- Cut the banana in half and press lightly into the batter.
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 180°C. Then set the oven to 150°C and bake covered with aluminium foil for a further 20 minutes.
- Let the bread cool and then carefully remove from the tin.

| 180 g | Spelt flour |
| 40 g | Coconut oil |
| 40 g | Walnuts |
| 80 ml | Oat drink |
| 1 1/2 tsp | baking powder |
| 1/2 tsp | Cinnamon |
| 25 g | Chocolate drops |
| Prise | Salt |
| 1 | Banana (as a topping) |
