Protein banana bread

Preparation

Preparation time: 60 minutes

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C
  2. .
  3. Moisten baking paper and place in a loaf tin.
  4. Mash the ripe bananas in a bowl and mix with oat drink and coconut oil.
  5. Chop the walnuts into small pieces and stir into the batter with the other ingredients.
  6. Finally, add the chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into the loaf tin and smooth it out.
  8. Cut the banana in half and press lightly into the batter.
  9. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 180°C. Then set the oven to 150°C and bake covered with aluminium foil for a further 20 minutes.
  10. Let the bread cool and then carefully remove from the tin.
