Preparation 

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl 
  2. Form approx. 17 balls 
  3. Roll them in the melted white chocolate.  
  4. Harden in the fridge, preferably overnight.

40 g liquid cocoa butter
25 g erythritol
25 g white almond paste
