Korean pancakes with protein

Preparation
- Mix the organic pea protein powder, flour, starch and water well
- . Cut the vegetables into thin strips and add to the mixture
- . Heat the pan and fry the pancakes in a little oil.
- Mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, maple syrup, ginger, chili and garlic powder.
- Enjoy the pancakes with the sauce.

95 g flour
1 tbsp starch
200 ml water
Vegetables of your choice, for example: carrot, bell bell pepper, broccoli, mushrooms, spring onion
Salt, pepper
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
