Korean pancakes with protein

Preparation

  1. Mix the organic pea protein powder, flour, starch and water well
  2. . Cut the vegetables into thin strips and add to the mixture
  3. . Heat the pan and fry the pancakes in a little oil.
  4. Mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, maple syrup, ginger, chili and garlic powder.
  5. Enjoy the pancakes with the sauce.

1 tbsp starch
200 ml water
Vegetables of your choice, for example: carrot, bell bell pepper, broccoli, mushrooms, spring onion
Salt, pepper
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
