Juicy protein zucchini brownies

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Grease the brownie tin
  2. . Sift the flour, cornstarch, protein powder, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt into a large bowl and mix together.
  3. Mash the banana and mix with the plant-based drink, oil and apple cider vinegar.
  4. Add the mix to the flour mixture and stir briefly.
  5. Squeeze out the grated zucchini and fold in together with the chopped chocolate.
  6. Pour the batter into the tin and decorate with some chopped chocolate.
  7. Bake for 35 minutes and leave to cool.

160 g spelt flour
1 tbsp corn starch
30 g Nature's Protein Chocolate
20 g baking cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
110 ml plant-based drink
70 ml rapeseed oil
½ tsp coffee powder
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 ripe bananas
250 g grated zucchini
150 g chopped chocolate
