Juicy protein zucchini brownies
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Grease the brownie tin
- . Sift the flour, cornstarch, protein powder, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt into a large bowl and mix together.
- Mash the banana and mix with the plant-based drink, oil and apple cider vinegar.
- Add the mix to the flour mixture and stir briefly.
- Squeeze out the grated zucchini and fold in together with the chopped chocolate.
- Pour the batter into the tin and decorate with some chopped chocolate.
- Bake for 35 minutes and leave to cool.

30 g Nature's Protein Chocolate
20 g baking cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
110 ml plant-based drink
70 ml rapeseed oil
½ tsp coffee powder
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 ripe bananas
250 g grated zucchini
150 g chopped chocolate
