Juicy protein blondies with rhubarb

Preparation
Preparation time: 45 minutes, including baking time
Makes 660 g blondies (16 pieces)
- Drain the beans and rinse them very thoroughly under running water.
- Then place all the ingredients except the rhubarb in a bowl and mix until creamy.
- Line a baking tin with baking paper and spread the batter in it.
- Wash the rhubarb thoroughly and peel it if necessary. Then cut the rhubarb into small pieces and spread them on top of the dough.
- Preheat the oven to 175 °C and leave the blondies in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
- After baking, leave to cool completely, cut and enjoy.
