Juicy protein blondies with rhubarb

Preparation

Preparation time: 45 minutes, including baking time

Makes 660 g blondies (16 pieces)

  1. Drain the beans and rinse them very thoroughly under running water.
  2. Then place all the ingredients except the rhubarb in a bowl and mix until creamy.
  3. Line a baking tin with baking paper and spread the batter in it.
  4. Wash the rhubarb thoroughly and peel it if necessary. Then cut the rhubarb into small pieces and spread them on top of the dough.
  5. Preheat the oven to 175 °C and leave the blondies in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
  6. After baking, leave to cool completely, cut and enjoy.
