High protein oat cookies
Preparation
- Pour hot water over the dates and leave to soak for approx. 10 minutes
- Heat the margarine briefly (e.g. in the microwave)
- Mix all the ingredients together well, shape into cookies and place on a baking tray.
- Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and dip the oat cookies halfway in.
