High protein oat cookies

Preparation 

Preparation time: approx. 30 minutes 
  1. Pour hot water over the dates and leave to soak for approx. 10 minutes 
  2. Heat the margarine briefly (e.g. in the microwave) 
  3. Mix all the ingredients together well, shape into cookies and place on a baking tray.  
  4. Bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 10-15 minutes. 
  5. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and dip the oat cookies halfway in.
