Healthy chocolate cake

Preparation 

Preparation time: 60 minutes (including baking time) 
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat. 
  2. Mix all the ingredients, mix in the chocolate pieces last and bake the cake for approx. 50 minutes.  
  3. Decorate with melted chocolate and hazelnuts (optional). 
Tip: Instead of the three flours used, you can also use 140 g of normal flour or a gluten-free flour mix.
