Preparation time: approx. 25 minutes
- Mix all the ingredients for the dough. If you are using a different flour (e.g. wheat or spelt flour), you may need more than 100 ml of plant milk. The batter should be creamy and not too runny. Tip: You can also simply grind gluten-free rolled oats into flour in a blender for the oat flour.
- Cut the apple into thin, round slices and remove the seeds.
- Then bake the pancakes in a well-coated pan. Spread about a tablespoon of batter in the pan, press the apple ring on top and then cover it with batter. Fry on both sides
- Snack on toppings of your choice
Tip: The pancakes turn out best if you cover the pan with a lid while baking.
