Preparation

Preparation time: 10 minutes

  1. Mix the oat flakes, crushed linseed, protein powder and 200 ml water or plant milk in a pan and heat gently over a low heat. Then leave to infuse to the desired consistency.
  2. Layer the contents of the pot with the other ingredients in the jar as desired.
  3. Add toppings as desired.
