Fruity yoghurt and protein cup
Preparation
Preparation time: 10 minutes
- Mix the oat flakes, crushed linseed, protein powder and 200 ml water or plant milk in a pan and heat gently over a low heat. Then leave to infuse to the desired consistency. Layer the contents of the pot with the other ingredients in the jar as desired.
- Add toppings as desired.

60 g | Oat flakes |
10 g | ground linseed |
30 g | Protein powder (e.g. Nutri-Plus 3K, raspberry yoghurt) |
200 ml | Water or plant milk |
as desired | Topping (e.g. nut butter and V-cookie sticks) |
