Fluffy protein bread with nutri+


  1. 1. first put the cashews, linseed and protein powder in a blender and grind everything together into a coarse flour.
  2. Then pour the soya yoghurt, water, baking powder and salt into a bowl and add the cashew protein powder mixture.
  3. Mix everything into a smooth batter and pour into a baking tin lined with baking paper.
  4. Leave the dough to soak for about 10-15 minutes. During this time, you can preheat the oven to 175°C.
  5. Bake the bread for about 60 minutes. To make sure it is really baked through, do the pan test.
