Preparation time: 10 minutes

  1. Rinse the chickpeas well and season them with a little curry powder, pepper and turmeric

  3. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces and drain off the excess oil with some kitchen paper
  4. .
  5. Wash the cucumber thoroughly and cut it into small pieces. We have cut them into long strips using a spiraliser, but you are of course free to do as you wish.
  6. Stir the protein powder and herbs into the soya yoghurt and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Now all you have to do is layer the individual ingredients and you have a delicious, healthy and protein-rich lunch ready for the next day.
