DIY protein bar

Preparation
- Place beans, peanut butter, maple syrup, salt and plant-based drink in a bowl and puree.
- Stir in 6K protein powder of your choice.
- Stir the nuts, cranberries, chopped chocolate and other add-ons of your choice into the batter.
- Pour the batter into a baking dish.
- Melt the dark chocolate with the oil and spread over the mixture.
- Place in the fridge overnight or put in the freezer for 1-2 hours.
