DIY protein bar

Preparation

  1. Place beans, peanut butter, maple syrup, salt and plant-based drink in a bowl and puree.
  2. Stir in 6K protein powder of your choice.
  3. Stir the nuts, cranberries, chopped chocolate and other add-ons of your choice into the batter.
  4. Pour the batter into a baking dish.
  5. Melt the dark chocolate with the oil and spread over the mixture.
  6. Place in the fridge overnight or put in the freezer for 1-2 hours.

3 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
4 tbsp 6K protein powder
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp plant-based drink
60 g dark chocolate
1 tbsp rapeseed oil
also: nuts, cranberries, vegan chocolate
