Crispy asparagus tarte flambée with protein


Preparation time: 30 minutes plus rising time

  1. Put the flour, our protein powder, yeast and salt in a bowl and mix all the dry ingredients together thoroughly.
  2. Now add the lukewarm water and knead everything together to form a firm dough.
  3. Leave the dough to rest for at least 30 minutes and take care of the remaining ingredients in the meantime.
  4. Mix the herb quark: Place the soya quark, herbs, lemon juice and a little salt in a bowl and mix everything together.
  5. Then wash the asparagus and tomatoes and chop both into small pieces.
  6. Peel the onion and cut it into fine rings.
  7. Put some flour on the work surface and roll out the dough as thinly as possible.
  8. Spread the herb quark on the tarte flambée dough and spread the remaining ingredients on top.
  9. Place the tarte flambée in the preheated oven at 200 °C for around 10-12 minutes.
  10. Finally, sprinkle the pine nuts over the tarte flambée and enjoy.
