Crispy asparagus tarte flambée with protein
Preparation
Preparation time: 30 minutes plus rising time
- Put the flour, our protein powder, yeast and salt in a bowl and mix all the dry ingredients together thoroughly.
- Now add the lukewarm water and knead everything together to form a firm dough.
- Leave the dough to rest for at least 30 minutes and take care of the remaining ingredients in the meantime.
- Mix the herb quark: Place the soya quark, herbs, lemon juice and a little salt in a bowl and mix everything together.
- Then wash the asparagus and tomatoes and chop both into small pieces.
- Peel the onion and cut it into fine rings.
- Put some flour on the work surface and roll out the dough as thinly as possible.
- Spread the herb quark on the tarte flambée dough and spread the remaining ingredients on top.
- Place the tarte flambée in the preheated oven at 200 °C for around 10-12 minutes.
- Finally, sprinkle the pine nuts over the tarte flambée and enjoy.
