Coconut and raspberry protein balls

Preparation 

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl 
  2. Form approx. 13 small balls, hide a raspberry in the middle of each and roll the balls in grated coconut.  
  3. Harden in the fridge, preferably overnight.
