Chickpea and protein patties

Preparation
Preparation time: 15 minutes
- Mash 2/3 of the chickpeas, finely chop the shallot and knead everything together with the remaining ingredients.
- Form small patties and fry them on both sides in oil
- Mix everything together for the dip

oil for the pan
For the dip:
3 tbsp
soy yogurt
2 tsp
lemon juice

frozen garden herb mix
