Cappuccino waffles with a kick

The recipe makes enough for 4 waffles
- Place all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix together .
- Add the soya milk and espresso .
- Mix all the ingredients together until smooth.
- Preheat the waffle iron and spray it with a little baking spray. Alternatively, you can also brush it with margarine. Pour one ladle of batter per waffle into the waffle iron.
- Bake and enjoy.
