Banh Mi - Vietnamese baguette with teriyaki tofu

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius
  2. . Mix the ingredients for the tofu marinade
  3. . Cut the tofu into strips and leave to marinade for 15 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, grate the carrots and radish and marinate with water, apple cider vinegar and a little sugar.
  5. Cut the zucchini into thin strips.
  6. Place the tofu in the oven for 20 minutes, turning after 10 minutes.
  7. Top the baguettes with garlic sauce, tofu and vegetables and garnish with parsley.
