Banana and oat protein blondies


Preparation time: 60 minutes (including baking time)

  1. Mix all the ingredients into a batter and spread it in a baking tin lined with baking paper (e.g. 22 x 22 cm square tin).
  2. Decorate with banana slices, nuts and dried fruit.
  3. Bake at 180°C (top and bottom heat, preheated) for approx. 45-60 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Optional toppings: a banana, nuts, dried fruit
