Banana and oat protein blondies
Preparation
Preparation time: 60 minutes (including baking time)
- Mix all the ingredients into a batter and spread it in a baking tin lined with baking paper (e.g. 22 x 22 cm square tin).
- Decorate with banana slices, nuts and dried fruit.
- Bake at 180°C (top and bottom heat, preheated) for approx. 45-60 minutes until golden brown.
- Optional toppings: a banana, nuts, dried fruit

50 g nut butter
25 g 6K protein powder, vanilla
200 g rolled oats
30 g xylitol/erythritol/coconut blossom sugar/sugar
50 g dark chocolate (optional: sugar-free)
1/3 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
10 g linseed
300 ml plant milk
A pinch of salt
