Protein powder samples

3K Protein: Pour 300-400 ml of liquid into a shaker. Add the entire contents of the packet (30 g powder) and shake well until the powder has completely dissolved.

Protein pizza dough

Mix 140 g powder with 100 ml water and knead, top as desired and bake in a preheated oven (fan oven at 180-200°C for about 15 minutes).

Note: The baking time depends on the oven and the thickness of the dough. The baking time may need to be reduced or extended.

Protein pudding

Stir 30 g powder (2 heaped tablespoons) into 150-200 ml water or plant-based drink using a whisk.

Tip: For a particularly creamy and full-bodied taste experience, we recommend preparing it in a blender and using a plant-based drink such as soy, oat or almond drink. Note the additional nutritional values of the plant-based drink.

Omega-3 - which fatty acids are important? Omega-3 fatty acids are polyunsaturated fatty acids and include the three main representatives alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA).
