Ecdysterone is a natural steroid hormone that can be found in plants and animals. Ecdysterone is popular in sports because of its anabolic effect. A 2019 study of 46 young men showed that supplementation resulted in increased bench press strength and an increase in muscle mass /p>

The nutri+ Ultra Ecdysterone capsules contain 540 mg of beta-ecdysterone from safflower bergscharen extract per daily serving (1 capsule). It also contains the essential amino acid L-leucine. Leucine is one of the branched chain amino acids (BCAA = Branched Chain Amino Acids), which form an important component of the muscles. In addition, Leucine is considered a strong activator of the mTor signaling pathway, which is known for its anabolic (muscle mass building) effects.
