The dough alone provides a whopping 37 g of protein per pizza and contains only 2,1 g of fat. The dry mix is made of wholemeal spelt flour and and two high-quality protein sources, so the pizza will keep you full for a long time and convinces with a delicious taste without any flavour enhancers.
As all of our products, the Protein Pizza Dough is purely plant-based as well as vegan and free from any animal-based ingredients like lactose or milk protein.

Application
Stir and knead 140 g powder with 100 ml water, top as desired and bake in the oven for 20 minutes (fan oven at 180–200°C / 350–400°F).

Schnell zubereitet und lecker
Der Teig ist super schnell angerührt und belegt. Er lässt sich nicht ganz so einfach ausrollen wie "echter" Pizzateig, schmeckt aber sehr lecker und macht satt. Eine Portion reicht bei mir für zwei Personen.

Gute Alternative
Der Geschmack ist auf jeden Fall anders als der übliche Pizzaboden, aber trotzdem gut. Der Teig ist sehr schnell zusammengerührt. Mit der angegebenen Portion bekommt man zwei Leute satt. Ich bereite für mich allein daher immer eine halbe zu. Mit üppigem Belag macht das ordentlich satt.

Für die schnelle, gesunde Pizza
Ich esse total gerne Pizza, bin allerdings kein Fan von Tiefkühlpizzen und war auch sehr skeptisch, ob dieser Pizzateig schmeckt. Doch das Ausprobieren hat sich gelohnt und ich bin begeistert: Anrühren und Belegen gehen superfix, so dass es nur rund 30 min dauert, bis eine nach meinem gusto belegte, gesunde Pizza auf dem Tisch steht. Top!

Super lecker!
Klar, eine echte Pizza vom Italiener schmeckt nochmal anders, aber für eine Proteinpizza ist das hier echt mega lecker! Klare Empfehlung dafür.

Gesund und lecker
Lässt sich leicht zubereiten, Teig ist sehr flufgif. Eine gesunde Alternative zu einer herkömmlichen Pizza mit viel Eiweiß.
140 g of pizza dough baking mix combined with 100 ml of water makes one protein pizza, i.e. one portion. Simply knead, roll out, top and bake until crispy – done!
